2023-2024 Zone Championships
The 2023-2024 Mid South Coast Zone Championships were hosted by the by the Shoalhaven Centre at Ron Brown Sporting Complex, Shoalhaven High School, on the 2nd and 3rd of December 2023.

2022-2023 Zone Championships
The 2022-2023 Mid South Coast Zone Championships were hosted by the by the Albion Park Centre at John O’Dwyer Oval, Croome Road Sporting Complex, on the 3rd and 4th of December 2022.

2021-2022 Zone Championships
The 2021-2022 Mid South Coast Zone Championships were hosted by the by the Lake Illawarra Centre at Myimbarr Fields, Wattle Road, Flinders on the 18th and 19th of December 2021.  Approximately one hundred and ninety (190) athletes competed at the Championships with ten (10) Zone records broken.

2020-2021 Zone Championships
The 2020-2021 Mid South Coast Zone Championships were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-2020 Zone Championships
The 2019-2020 Mid South Coast Zone Championships were hosted by the Albion Park Centre at John O’Dwyer Oval, Croome Road Sporting Complex, on the 14th & 15th of December 2019.  Approximately two hundred and seventy (270) athletes competed at the Championships with seven (7) Zone records broken and four (4) new records set due to changes in hurdle events.

2018-2019 Zone Championships
The 2018 – 2019 Mid South Coast Zone Championships were hosted by the St Georges Basin Centre at Sanctuary Point Oval, Sanctuary Point, on the 1st & 2nd of December 2018.  Approximately two hundred and fifty (250) athletes competed at the Championships with nine (9) Zone records broken and four (4) new records set due to changes in implement weights.

2017-2018 Zone Championships
The 2017-2018 Mid South Coast Zone Championships were hosted by the Lake Illawarra Centre at Myimbarr Community Park, Wattle Road, Flinders on the 9th and 10th of December 2017.    Approximately two hundred and eighty (280) competed at the Championships with four (4) records broken.

2016-2017 Zone Championships
The 2016-2017 Mid South Coast Zone Championships were hosted by the Milton Ulladulla Centre at the Frogs Holla Sports Complex, Matron Porter Drive, Milton on the 10th and 11th of December 2016. Conditions were perfect for athletics over both days. Approximately two hundred and seventy (270) athletes competed at the Championships with six (6) Zone records broken.

2015-2016 Zone Championships
The 2015-2016 Mid South Coast Zone Championships were hosted by the Shoalhaven Centre at Shoalhaven High School, Park Road, Nowra on the 12th and 13th of December 2015. Mother Nature provided fine, but at times windy, conditions over both days.Approximately three hundred (300) athletes competed at the Championships with twenty two (22) Zone records broken.

2014-2015 Zone Championships
The 2014-2015 Mid South Coast Zone Championships were hosted by the Kiama Centre at Kiama Sporting Complex, Havilah Road, Kiama on the 13th and 14th of December 2014. The week leading up to the carnival was punctuated by frequent thunder storms and rain. Thankfully conditions throughout the weekend were bright and sunny – perfect for athletics. Approximately three hundred and sixty (360) athletes competed at the Championships. The Milton Ulladulla Centre won the March Past. Yet again congratulations go to the Albion Park Centre who took out the “Dean Blair Trophy” for the eighth successive year.

2013-2014 Zone Championships
The 2013-2014 Mid South Coast Zone Championships were hosted by the Albion Park Centre at John O’Dwyer Oval, Croom Regional Sporting Complex, Albion Park on the 14th and 15th of December 2013. Gloomy conditions were the order for the weekend with persistent showers on Saturday and light drizzle on Sunday. Approximately three hundred and fifty (350) athletes competed at the Championships. This was on par for the previous season. Once again congratulations go to the Albion Park Centre who took out the “Dean Blair Trophy” for an unprecedented seventh successive year.

2012-2013 Zone Championships
The 2012-2013 Mid South Coast Zone Championships were hosted by the St Georges Basin Centre at Sanctuary Point Oval on the 8th and 9th of December 2012. Conditions were excellent on Saturday with the temperature in the high 20’s and a cool Southerly breeze. Sunday was a different story with early showers and a gale force Southerly providing a challenge for the hurdle events. Approximately three hundred and sixty (360) athletes competed at the Championships. This was a healthy twenty (20) per cent increase on the previous season. Congratulations to the Albion Park Centre who took out the “Dean Blair Trophy” for the sixth successive year.

2011-2012 Zone Championships
The Mid South Coast Zone Championships were hosted by the Lake Illawarra Centre at Myimbarr Community Park and were held on the 10th and 11th of December 2011. The situation looked quite grim on the Thursday prior to the Championships when Shellharbour City Council closed all grounds including Myimbarr Community Park. At one stage it appeared that the Mid South Coast Zone Championships would be postponed for the second consecutive year. Fortunately the weather improved dramatically on Friday and the carnival was able to proceed as scheduled. Approximately three hundred (300) athletes competed at the Championships with twenty six (26) records broken. Congratulations to the Albion Park Centre who took out the “Dean Blair Trophy” for an unbelievable fifth successive year.

2010-2011 Zone Championships
The 2010-2011 Zone Championships were hosted by the Kiama Centre on the weekend of the 29th and 30th January 2011. Conditions on Saturday were excellent with cloud cover and moderate temperatures. However Sunday produced a real scorcher that tested athletes, officials and parents alike. Almost three hundred and fifty (350) athletes competed at the Championships and in excess of twenty (20) records were broken. The Albion Park Centre took out the “Dean Blair Trophy” for an unprecedented fourth successive year.

2009-2010 Zone Championships
The 2009-2010 Zone Championships were hosted by the Shoalhaven Centre on the weekend of the 12th and 13th of December 2009. For once Mother Nature was kind to us and we were blessed with two (2) days of brilliant sunshine and a refreshing North Easterly breeze. Approximately three hundred and ten (310) athletes competed and more than thirty (30) Zone records were broken. The Albion Park Centre took out the “Dean Blair Trophy” for the third successive year.

2008-2009 Zone Championships
The 2008-2009 Zone Championships were hosted by the Albion Park Centre. The Championships were held in extremely windy conditions over the weekend of the 13th and 14th of December 2008. Approximately three hundred and fifty (350) athletes competed and more than twenty (20) Zone records were broken. The Albion Park Centre took out the “Dean Blair Trophy” for the second successive year.

2007-2008 Zone Championships
The 2007-2008 Zone Championship were hosted by the St Georges Basin Centre. The Championships were held over the weekend of 26th and 27th January 2008. Approximately two hundred and fifty (250) Little Athletes competed. Several Championship Records were broken with Albion Park taking out the “Dean Blair Trophy” for the highest pointscore.

2006-2007 Zone Championships
The 2006-2007 Zone Championship were hosted by the Lake Illawarra Centre. The Championships, held over the weekend of 27th and 28th January 2007, saw us experience four seasons in one day! Hot weather early on Saturday morning was followed by extremely windy conditions and then some rainfall. Lake Illawarra won the “Dean Blair Trophy” for the highest pointscore.

2005-2006 Zone Championships
The 2005-2006 Zone Championships were hosted by the Shoalhaven Centre. The Championships, held over the weekend of 28th and 29th January 2006, were a great success and a credit to the Shoalhaven Centre. Around three hundred (300) Little Athletes from the six (6) member Centres entered events in the Championships which were held at the Shoalhaven High School playing fields, Park Road East Nowra. Several Championship Records were broken as the athletes enjoyed the combination of brilliant sunshine and a fast track. Albion Park led the way once again winning the “Dean Blair Trophy” for the highest pointscore. Kiama was a close second with Shoalhaven third.

2004-2005 Zone Championships
The 2004-2005 Zone Championships were hosted by the Kiama Centre. Despite some inclement weather the Championships were a great success and a credit to the Centre.

2003-2004 Zone Championships
The 2003-2004 Zone Championships were hosted by the Milton Ulladulla Centre. Athletes competed in very hot and humid conditions as they strove for Regional qualification.
