The 2019-2020 Mid South Coast Zone Championships were hosted by the Albion Park Centre at John O’Dwyer Oval, Croome Road Sporting Complex, on the 14th & 15th of December 2019.
Approximately two hundred and seventy (270) athletes competed at the Championships with seven (7) Zone records broken and four (4) new records set due to changes in hurdle events.
