The 2021-2022 Mid South Coast Zone Championships were hosted by the Lake Illawarra Centre at Myimbarr Fields, Wattle Road, Flinders, on the 18th & 19th of December 2021.
Approximately two hundred (200) athletes competed at the Championships with seven (7) Zone records broken.
